It seemed ok and not used. I sensed she was impatient so I said Ok while she walked away without a word. Very Rude. I paid for the item, $78, and left. I live 32 miles away and once home, I got ready to assemble the weed eater when I noticed the charger and the battery were missing! I tried to call the store several times between 3:00-4 pm, but no one answered. There were two rings and then the hang up tone. This was the second part of my experience. The first occurred two days prior, when I purchased an identical unit, by HART, from a nearby 8 miles) Walmart a week earlier. On that occasion, all the parts were present and the unit was on sale, new & sealed. After assembly, I tested the unit briefly in my garage, to make sure it worked. I used the enclosed battery which had some juice it and it worked ok. The charger and battery were secured by cardboard at the bottom of the 4 ft-long box, almost undetectable. The next day I tried to trim the grass, and about 5 minutes into it, The unit began smoking and the motor seized. I examined the unit and found some of the plastic housing, had shattered which caused the string to become entangled around the spindle and into the motor compartment, still smoking. Another con, you get to do the work of two or more people when those hours get massacred. You don't get sufficient pay raises, and if you were already making the minimum, you get nothing at all, except for the lousy 2% increase that every one gets, no matter their performance.

I would also bring back the percentage bonus. I would also make management spend a day every month being a cashier.
